Have you ever woken up and thought, “When did I stop feeling like me?” It’s not that you’re broken, you’ve just been pulled in a hundred directions. Somewhere between the expectations, the “shoulds,” and the constant giving, you misplaced the version of yourself that felt grounded, joyful, and sure of her worth. That’s why I love the idea of a self-worth reset! Honestly, how does 90 days dedicated to peeling back those layers and returning to yourself sound? This isn’t about changing into someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been and living from that space
Why 90 Days?
Three months is a sweet spot for transformation. It’s long enough to see real change but short enough to stay motivated. Ninety days is a full season a container of time you can dedicate to yourself without it feeling overwhelming.
The Self-Worth Reset Compass
Here’s a simple coaching tool you can use right now to set your reset in motion.
Step 1: The Check-In
Prompt: On a scale of 1–10, how would I rate my current self-worth?
Coaching Guidance: There’s no “right” number; it’s simply your starting point. If the number feels low, it’s not a reflection of your value, just an indicator of how connected you currently feel to it.
Step 2: The Release
Prompt: What’s one belief, habit, or relationship that’s been chipping away at my confidence?
Coaching Guidance: Get specific. Instead of “stress,” name the exact thing, like “comparing myself to coworkers” or “checking my phone first thing in the morning.” Naming it makes it easier to address.
Step 3: The Anchor
Prompt: What’s one activity, place, or practice that makes me feel most like myself?
Coaching Guidance: This is your go-to when you need to feel grounded. Schedule it in at least once this week, no excuses!
Step 4: The Intention
Prompt: In the next 90 days, what’s one way I want to speak to or treat myself differently?
Coaching Guidance: Keep it short and powerful. Example: “I will speak to myself with compassion,” or “I will celebrate small wins.”
Step 5: The First Step
Prompt: What’s one thing I can do in the next 48 hours to honour that intention?
Coaching Guidance: Make it so small it’s impossible to fail. This isn’t about overhauling your life overnight; it’s about building momentum.
Sweet Tip: Write your answers somewhere you’ll see them often, on a sticky note, your phone’s lock screen, or a journal page you revisit every week.
Your 90 Days, Your Way
Whether you follow these prompts exactly or simply use them to spark ideas, the key is consistency. The more often you check in, release what’s holding you back, and anchor into what feels good to you, the more your self-worth will naturally strengthen. If you ever feel like you want someone to walk the 90 days with you to offer accountability, tailored tools, and deeper breakthroughs, that’s exactly the work I do in my full Self-Worth Reset program. But for now? Your reset starts the moment you decide it does.
Cheers,
Coach Jo <3
