Self-Esteem Heart Hunt Challenge: 10 Days of Signs, Love & Self-Worth
What started as a playful way to reconnect with self-love and raise my self-esteem turned into a journey filled with magic, synchronicity, and daily reminders that I am loved, seen, and guided.
Ten days ago, I launched the Self-Esteem Heart Hunt: Find & Affirm Your Worth Challenge! inviting myself (and others!) to open our eyes, hearts, and spirits to the signs of love all around us. Hearts, in all their forms, became sacred little winks from the universe reminding us of our worth.
And wow...did the universe deliver! Here’s what I found over the 10 days:

Heart-Shaped Cloud(s) – love from above! I actually saw 3 during my drive home that day.

Heart-Shaped Food on a Grocery Bag – everyday love in the mundane! A moment to connect with someone who didn't know about the challenge and was grateful to be apart of it all.
Each of these hearts brought a moment of reflection, affirmation, and gratitude. It’s one thing to talk about self-worth. It’s another to actively look for it, see it reflected in the world, and receive it with joy.
Why This Challenge Matters:
The true power of the Self-Esteem Heart Hunt: Find & Affirm Your Worth Challenge! isn’t just in the hearts themselves. It’s in what they represent, the transformation that happens when we begin to direct our focus and intentionally look for love in our everyday lives.
This challenge is a powerful tool for practicing thought awareness. Every time you say, “I’m going to find a heart today”, you’re setting an intention. That thought starts small, but it begins to shift your perception, your mood, and your mindset.
Suddenly, your brain is no longer scanning for stress or self-doubt. It's scanning for love, beauty, joy, and magic. And once you start looking for love, you start finding it. Everywhere.
This is more than cute moments and heart-shaped objects (though they’re totally fun). It’s a reminder that:
Your thoughts create your reality.
Where your attention goes, your energy flows.
There is magic in the mundane when you choose to see it.
You begin to realize: The universe is always speaking. The question is, are you listening?

This journey reminded me that we don’t have to earn love. We just have to notice it, receive it, and reflect it back.
